Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. General terms governing on-demand website development with Pravyuk.
1. Scope of Work & Quotation
Each project's deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in the formal proposal issued to the client dashboard. Any modification or addition to scope outside the approved quotation will be estimated and agreed upon in writing before engineering begins.
2. Milestone Payments & Invoicing
A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate design and development sprints. Subsequent milestone balances are due upon demonstration and client verification of deliverables on private staging environments. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payment, full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and database schemas transfers completely to the client. Pravyuk retains zero proprietary lock-in.
4. Post-Launch Warranty
Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty during which any functional defects or bugs identified against the approved specification are resolved at zero additional charge.
