1. Information We Collect
When you submit a project brief or create a client account at Pravyuk, we collect your name, business email, phone number (optional), project specifications, and feature requirements. Payment information is securely processed directly through Razorpay; Pravyuk never stores credit card details or bank passwords on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your project information exclusively to prepare custom quotations, communicate during development sprints, provide staging build access, and issue tax-compliant invoices. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client data under any circumstances.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
All client project briefs, intellectual concepts, design assets, and database schemas are treated with strict confidentiality. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon client request before project initiation.
